By using our services or this site you unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please return the goods to us in their original packaging stating the reason for return. See our contact page for our address.

Refunds will only be given if the goods are returned to us and received within 10 days and are not damaged. Goods must be returned at the customers costs and carriage will not be refunded. We are unable to give refunds for any goods not received by us. You must take adequate insurance.

All shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods. If the goods arrive damaged please refuse delivery.

Goods are not sold on a trial basis

Prices are in UK pounds sterling.

If paying by cheque please make the cheque payable to Josan and the goods will be despatched as soon as funds have cleared.

We accept payments by telephone by credit/debit card.

All delivery charges are for the UK only.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and condtions at any time without notice.

Josan is registered with and complies to the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998. We are committed to protecting your privacy when you use our services any details that you supply will be treated in the strictest confidence. We will not pass on any of your details in any way to any third party. Information that you supply will only be stored and used by us for our own marketing purposes. We may from time to time send you details of our offers via email etc unless you ask us not too.

We may without notice from time to time amend our privacy policy so please remember to refer back to it periodically.
